Gizmos----the Knibble Lite cheese knife....Del?

Post by Hovannes » Fri Jun 11, 2021 8:00 am

Off hand, I dislike gizmos. Especially when they relate to cheese.
Because the latest gizmos tend to become fashion, and we know GK Chesterton's observations on fashion, as well as cheese.
I suspect this gizmo may have some merit.
May.

Most folks in Wisconsin have two or three of these. Never thought they were dainty or special... just useful.
(Although the little fork prongs on the tip of this version are a bit weird)

The short knives are good for slicing cheese and hard-boiled eggs.

The long one is for slicing cheesecake.

Everyone knows the best cheese comes already sliced and individually wrapped. No knife needed.

Good white elephant Christmas gifts or box pass fillers. But the fork on the end would really annoy me. I like a knife and fork, but separately. Those are more of a knork, rather than a fnife, I think.
