Please give more detail as to the type of core ex.

Have the DDD, and bulging L4-L5, L5-S1.

A 16-mile bike ride to and from the Orthodox church in Springfield (I just wanted to go see it), half of which was spent fighting the worst headwind I've experienced since I was in Ireland.

This AM did an hour long interval training sort of thang, with cardio, stretching, calisthenics, and weights.

Does that count? In that case, my last exercise was a good whine at work this afternoon.

You really shouldn't drink at work.

I am lucky enough to work next door to a small gym. The last work out I did was on Monday. I did 45 minutes of cardio. I am about to go workout now. I typically work out 5 days a week with a mixture of cardio and weight lfiting. I have been working out a year now and have lost 20 lbs and two pant sizes. :box:

Goodness, man! You couldn't have cloaked that in an innuendo?
Straight to the point. Why beat around the bush?
Speaking of innuendo...
Ooops! I didn't mean it that way.

I pretty much don't exercise beyond my work day. It was put this way to me one time, all you health nuts are going to feel real stupid one day lying in the hospital dying of nothing!

Ran 5 Kilometers this morning.

Then went through all clothes in the attic and closet for donations - there was a little sweat involved

During the week I'm working at the construction of a new airport in Indianapolis. This past Friday I left my work area - a terminal gate on my way back to the work trailer to pack up and leave for a weekend visit home.

By the time I got to the main entrance of the airport, I realized that I left my jacket back at the gate.

Short on time, I nearly ran back to the gate in heavy workboots to retrieve my jacket.

That counts, doesn't it?

Just a stroll today, around the local nature preserve. About a mile and a half.

If I've got my game on tomorrow, rather than my usual, I'll try to stack a cord of wood before going to work. It needs to get done, and will be far more physicaly exauhsting than 'my usual'.
