Swam 1/2 mi today. Used the crawl stroke for the entire length. I try to alternate running 3.2 mi one day, swim 1/2 mi the next day. Seems to work well for me.

I woke up, and crawled from the bed to my desk, where I hammered at keys for hours. Then, I waddled to the kitchen for coffee, and tiptoed back to avoid spilling it. I hammered at keys some more, then aggressively packed a pipe, which caused me some minor wrist strain. I had some scotch, crawled to the couch, and there I am.

Since I only need 3 hours to graduate, it makes for a busy schedule, and my weekend started about 3 pm today. So 12 oz. curls it is. I love the little puzzles underneath the bottle caps.

I took a 2.5 mi walk last Saturday morning w/ Sinclair Ferguson. I walked, he talked about the Marrow Controversy. It was a brilliant walk.
