Gawith, Hoggarth, & Co. bulk Brown Flake (unscented) in a large, bent Lindstrom Billiard. Mighty nice tobacco, boys & girls. No Lakeland floral scent in this one. Just rich full flavored, ever so smooth Va/Bur goodness, with a touch of dark fired to add body.....

Ashton Artisan's Blend in a Comoy's lovat acquired from rgcurrey a few months ago.

I have found that pipes acquired from friends, regardless of whether they were purchased or gifted, to have enhanced my prayer life in recent months. Dick - know that whenever I smoke this pipe I'm taking a couple minutes to pray for you brother.

I tend to find the doctrinal books often more helpful in devotion than the devotional books.... I believe that many who find that "nothing happens" when they sit down, or kneel down, to a book of devotion, would find that the heart sings unbidden while they are working their way through a rough bit of theology with a pipe in their teeth and a pencil in their hand.

Ashton Artisan's Blend in the Stanwell 11, on the 11th.

Incidentally, I originally tried to upload a different photo - it was a close up shot of the pipe. Tapatalk disallowed it, calling it an “adult image” ImageImage

Few years back a Greek visited Denmark [the land of famous pipe makers] for business, he went to a Cafe order a coffee and light his pipe. The muslim immigrants which passing by steering him [because was a ''sinner''] and the local ''hygienists'' made grimaces [because for them pipe smoking in public is ''disgusting"] as the waiter informed him.
