I believe that many who find that "nothing happens" when they sit down, or kneel down, to a book of devotion, would find that the heart sings unbidden while they are working their way through a rough bit of theology with a pipe in their teeth and a pencil in their hand.

Keep an eye out on smokingpipes, it's where I get it. It comes and goes pretty quick these days, kinda like every other tobacco.....

A blend of my own (see if you can follow this):

1:1:1 C&D Kajun Kake, SG Kendal Plug, and 80s MB Royal Twist, pinch of GH Kendal #7 blended 1:1 with C&D Pirate Kake

in a Ropp Cherry.

Just got a small jar; will have to do some shopping to recreate this! Pirate Kake is so high in Latakia, that that is what one mainly tastes.

PS Peaches & Creme, in a Larsen billiard. It's my annual summertime aromatic, and it's been abt a year since I last smoked this. I ordered 2-oz a little bit late this year. Very pleasant smoke for a summer evening on the back porch.
I'm old but I'm happy. (Most of the time.)

Cheating on my meers with blackjack in a mimmo provenzano morta poker.

It fascinates me that this wood was alive when the pyramids were built and long dead by the time Christ was born. The fact that I think it looks nifty and smokes very well is just an added bonus.
I wonder how old meerschaum is? I've been checking into morta pipes, about which I am as ignorant as I am about meerschaum pipes. I see a lot of cheap mortas from the Ukraine but I'm leery of them. What is your consultation fee? By the way I've been smoking that Kocak you advised me on and I like it so much that I bought some pure beeswax to put on it eventually. It's starting to color around the bowl a little. I thought about coloring it with a burnt sienna crayola but decided against that.
