Best ever pipe smoking pictures

Post by A_Morley » Tue Jul 31, 2007 4:48 pm

Seeing how Lzrdlps utilized a photo of Professor Donald Kessler from Mars Attacks, a picture that I consider to be one of the finest pipe related photographs that ever there was, as his avatar, I was given to ponder if there were any other such wonderful pipe pictures, drawn from any source, that we would like to share?

I belive that any number of MacBaren blends, if puffed too quickly, have the same effect.

Not yet, yet again.

Here are a couple rare shots of the King and Queen of pipe smokers:

"you haven't lived until you see a man camouflaged in bejeweled ghillie suit" - Thoth
"okay, so I'll blow it up" - Monarchist, of esteemed memory
"Watch me eat this entire pony" - Sysiphus

Uh oh. This doesn't sound good.

I can't tell from your comment whether you're (1) a die-hard royalist, (2) an annual pilgrim to Graceland, (3) a pirate, or (4) some combination thereof. Sorry for provoking such consternation, Steve!

On the subject of pipe smoking holy men, let us not forget Anglican priest turned Roman Catholic Monsignor Ronald Knox.

Well sir, if you are posting a photograph you found online, simply cut at paste the exact web address of the image file here on the board. Type at the end and the photograph should appear upon submission. This will not always work, however, depending on the image file.
