Post by Bloodhound » Wed Feb 15, 2017 2:30 pm

I will be there next week. I have a day or two on my own so that screams, "Find a pipe shop" Any inside info?

More glass pipes than briars in San Francisco these days.
While not in San Fransico, but if you're going to the Redwoods, Telford's in Mill Valley would be an easy stop on your way

Never made it to a pipe tobacco shop....but I smoked all but one bowl of Fusilier's Ration. Mostly I smoked on the pier under the Bay Bridge and everyone who walked by commented on how good the smoke smelled. I think they were just glad to not smell pot smoke like everywhere else in San Francisco

I used to visit Grant's Tobacconist quite often when I lived in San Francisco. Sadly, it seems as though that shall never be again. It's gone the way of Sherlock's Haven, another great San Francisco pipe shop that faded into the mists if history.
