Yep.
That is one butt ugly pipe.
That is.... something.

I like green.

I like a sitter.

I like facets on a bowl.

The connection is interesting in how it looks like it's an extension of the stem.

And yet none of that seems to work when it all comes together-- at least in that picture--- and yet, I also cannot look away.

I wonder what type of wood it is... that ain’t Briar.

For your viewing displeasure - an awkward churchwarden. Wouldn't be caught dead smoking this. I don't care how well reapected the maker supposedly is. Apparently there are 26 people who feel differently though, and someone is willing to spend almost $300 for this eyesore.

I tend to find the doctrinal books often more helpful in devotion than the devotional books.... I believe that many who find that "nothing happens" when they sit down, or kneel down, to a book of devotion, would find that the heart sings unbidden while they are working their way through a rough bit of theology with a pipe in their teeth and a pencil in their hand.

While I hugely admire the skill required to make this pipe, I cannot understand the need to make a pipe that looks like a lizard.

Even more confusing ...

All that talent to make briar cob.

Yeah. I know. It’s “Art.”
