Out for a hike around Ceasars Creek. I decided to carry the civil war gear today. I left the rifle musket at home and left the cartridge box empty; a wise decision that saved me 16 pounds.
A cob filled with PA was fitting. A reed stem would have been more era correct though.Image

In my 21st century era river rat T-shirt, jeans, and sandals I smoked some TF Foggy Bottom in a TF Virginia Quarter but I don’t have a pic, my phone was charging and now I’m smoking a briar...
