I wonder what this means for pipes and cigars?
I wonder if other liberal states will follow?

The peace pipe is part of Native American culture.
It's time for cultural appropriation!

You must go to Hawaii and smoke your pipe then!
The ACLU should supply your legal counsel.

I wonder what this means...
It means they're asking for smuggling and crime.

^This.^

I know Hawaii wasn't a state then but still, they could learn a thing or two by reviewing our experience with alcohol prohibition or our more recent "war on drugs". They better build some bigger prisons.

What's next in the name of protecting people from themselves? Banning sodas over 20oz? Banning table salt?

Oh yeah - that BS is already happening.

The so-called "freedom" of America at its finest.
"For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. Yet what shall I choose?" Philippians 1:21-22

Listening to beardies pontificate never gets old. None of you revolted when they changed the drinking age, nobody revolted when they put your teenaged daughter on the pill and let her and your wife abort babies without your knowledge, a good portion of y'all raised millennials and those that didn't, well, you folks didnt do anything but grumble when they told your sons it was ok to cut off their genitals and wear a skirt.

But somebody will fight for tobacco.

Ok.

Goose will turn you all in for the bounty so fast your heads will spin.

PS. Largely tongue in cheek. I ain't fomenting revolutions either. And beardies is simply my name for pipe smokers. A friend of mine and I were looking around the pipe club one day when he just blurts out "bunch o' feckin beardies". The name stuck.
I am also of the opinion that the Jesuits should be suppressed.

You may be tongue in cheek, but you're dead-on. You could substitute gun control for tobacco and make the same point.

Beardie out.

Posting our outrage on an unknown social media site isn't an effective way of pushing back?
