First taste of C&D Bayou Morning as the Pens and Wings are tied 1-1 at the end of 1.

A King billiard bowl size a smallish 3 dunhill eye ball scale. Smoke through the nose is very interesting.

Slow sipper blend.

About 1/2 bowl now. First 1/4 pallet was rather robust. Almost cigar, but not quite. Smooths out quickly.

Interesting. Time to go In Search Of CPSers views on this.

Peace.
Having a small bowl of it with hot tea right now. I just blew a smoke ring at the monitor. So there.

Wait...what
I got the Bothy Flake from the box pass, it’s quite good, the pipe I bought in Dublin on St.Paddy’s day in 2011... does that answer your question?

DGT btw

GLP U***n Square in a large bent JAG (our Joegoat) Scoop.

Giving some other Virginias a try since the sad news about McClelland.

U***n Square, from GLP's Fog City Series is good. Even picked up a bit of McClelland like tang and sweetness on the sweet tooth.

Finally got a chance to smoke this pipe: Rusty's Brigham squat Rhodesian, with some of his Presbyterian Mixture.

I made the fountain pen in the picture on the day I learned of his passing. He had been on my mind the entire time I was making it because I knew he'd have questions about the nib. :p

Curious as to what you thought of the pipe? I love the old Brigham pipes. They are so 'stout' and firm to me. That pipe was from 1972 and he bought it in Vancouver back in 1973 when he really started getting into pipes. It's a keeper!

Cheers!

First thought was what great shape the stem was in. My 2-year-old Peterson looks 100x worse. He sure took care of his pipes. It was great - very nice smoke and there was a kind of sweetness to the PM that I hadn't noticed in other pipes. Definitely, something I will treasure :D
