Dunhill's and Stanwell's mostly for me mostly because they make smaller pipes which, these days, is my primary criteria for purchasing a pipe. As long as it meets my size criteria, I can fix everything else like restricted airways or thick bits.

I'm loving Lucky Pipes work lately.

For me, a lot of times it is governed by weight, as I prefer a pretty light pipe (less than 1.3 ounces usually), but some that catch my eye on a consistent basis are Becker, Musico, Askwith, Ashton, and Pietenpauw; however, I only look.

I like to see riffs on old, classic shapes. I mean, I can appreciate a finely made billiard or Dublin, and it takes a darn good eye to make a really eye-catching "classic" shape, but I like it when pipe makers do something just a little different with them, whether it's elongating the stem just a little or mixing up different finish textures (e.g. part smooth, part sandblasted).

I've seen some really nice pipes from Cardinal House (by Walt Cannoy), for example. George Leousis has also been making some cool stuff recently--I see his pipes on social media now and then.

Ropp, vintage stout line really catches my eye.
