Baby wipes as a pipe cleaning tool!

Post by JohnnyMcPiperson » Wed Mar 28, 2018 7:23 pm

So, as a dad of a two year old, I use baby wipes for everything. The other day I discovered that they are great for removing the buildup on the rim of the bowl, after the baby wipe I dried the pipe with a towel and then wiped it with olive oil and the pipe looks way better! WIN!

Who'd a thunk it?
If only the kids weren't already potty trained, I'd give it a try.

WalMart will still sell them to you.

They are great for cleaning a spot off of a necktie.

I use regular wet butt wipers as intended.

Bear Grylls recommends baby urine as a pipe sweetener. Soak a pipe cleaner in the stuff and run it through the pipe stem after each smoke to keep it dank free.

I've got lots of those things at my house still--though thank Heaven the kids are all potty-trained now! My wife still finds the wipes useful for all sorts of cleaning jobs. I'll have to try them out on my pipes.

Baby wipes are what Vicks Vapor Rub was to my parents. It can be used for everything.

Spill on the floor? Wipe it.

Stain on the shirt? Baby wipes.

Got a fever? Throw a baby wipe on yer head.

Half eaten rat on the doorstep thanks to your damn cat? Pick it up with a baby wipe.

Dying of thirst and all out of water? Wring that wipe and suck it dry!

We had to hide them from my grandson when he was a baby. He would squeeze it, drink it, and then eat the wipe whole. Talk about a surprise changing a diaper...

I read this, look at your avatar and think, well maybe his grandson is a Labrador.

If you knew him you’d say he’s equal parts pit bull and chihuahua.
