just starting, I have been searching for CHEAP pipes on flea bay. I picked up an old Dr Grabow Viscount bulldog the other day for $7.99 plus a little over three bucks shipping. It came with a pouch for the pipe and another compartment lined with what looks like surgical sheet rubber with a larger bead at the zipper for the tobacco. Looks great smokes great, I cleaned it some and soaked the stem in alcohol but the stem still needs polishing some.
Congrats on your pipe find...Grabows are solid smokers and their Bulldogs normally go for more $$. You did well.

Dude. I was cruising pipe porn this afternoon and hit up on a pool of awesome Chacom's. Now we have yer top pic. Clearly and without dispute I must obtain a Chacom soon. Like maybe this one?

Got this Falcon and extra bowl at a garage sale this morning. Fantastic shape, had been used but obviously well cared for and cleaned nicely by someone who knew what they were doing. 8 bucks together.

What a find! I decided to pass the Italian seconds Volcano off to another member of the forum, I’m glad I could save it from the junk pipe box and get it into the hands of a CPSer in need of an upgrade! I like the pipe, but this probably brings me even more satisfaction that I would get from smoking it, so there you have it!

I’m loving the Chacom and the Sasieni, smoked them both this morning!

I had hoped to buy a Christmas '18 pipe this year, but can't yet find one that blows my skirt up. I've looked at Pete, Savinelli, and Comoy. The others I've seen are way too expensive to consider.
