Garlic Hummus

The part of the church where the silliest things happen. Conversations that sound like they belong in the youth room will be moved here.

Well, I THOUGHT you meant Hummus, but then the very next post was about haggis...so it could go either way. Don't get me wrong, I have a strong Scottish heritage, but haggis!! Really!!

A friend of mine is a chef - the guy I went to Ecuador with - he says he's never met a food or meal he didn't like - with the one exception of haggis or is it haggi?

Yeah... have you ever had garlic hummus? Don't knock it till you try it. I think the last batch we had must have had crack in it... or something addictive...

Ummmmm.....hummus!!! I LOVE hummus. But back to ice cream. My wife and I had the unique experience of dining in one of the most exclusive resturants in the world (yep, The French Laundry...look it up). For desert a dollop of gelato was served covered with...guess..............................yep, you guessed it. Virgin olive oil. We almost gagged. The whole experience was a huge disappointment. Especially when it ended wth oily ice cream. We all went out to the local bar to wash down and cover the obnoxious taste.

Wait a second... I just realized something.

I find hummus theologicaly unsound. I find PnP theoligicaly unsound.

Then by the logic vested in me by the Monty Python and the Holy Grail, I declare PnP: Hummus!

Hummus is good with tortilla chips. PnP is good with Greek. Tortilla chips come in plastic bags. Greeks like feta cheese. Therefore Plastic bags are made from feta cheese. :D

Ha! If I thought you a skilled logician, perhaps I would be disturbed. But given your own theological leanings, I find that impossible! :P

Btw, ye coming to Boswell's morrow?
