The Traveling Wilburys were an English–American supergroup consisting of Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Roy Orbison and Tom Petty.

No, it is a version by the 21st of Bach's 20 children, P.D.Q. Bach (1807 - 1742?). I highly recommend it.
