An overhaul...

I made this horn when I first got back from PNG. I only had red stain at the time and was too impatient to wait and order any. Decided this past week to sandblast and restain it. I like how it came out better. Still don't like the stem though. I'll do a new one one of these days.

I dig both the blast and the stem. I think I would just spot stain the smooth ring black to rid it of the clashing oranges.

Looks good! I like the new color combo better. I used to have an Ascorti with very similar colors.
