Pencil Shank Poker

Post by 2combs » Tue Feb 03, 2015 12:28 am

I just finished this one up. Pencil shape poker with Bethlehem Olive and a hand cut cumberland stem. Also, this is my first hand cut stem. Haven't weighed it yet, but based off of my other featherweight pipes, I don't believe it can be any more than 20 grams. Thanks in advance for the critiques and compliments.

Wow, that is thin. Too thin for me, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm impressed with the crafting. Nice 2combs.

That is a gorgeous pipe. Nice blast, and the thin shank makes it appear delicate.

Very nice. I love pipes in this style...delicate and light weight. Keep up the good work.

It looks like a very nice job, but for some reason the poker shape never appeals to me. Good job though.

I truly appreciate all the kind words guys. I forgot to mention, the shank has stainless steel tubing through it so strength is not an issue.

Really nice. It reminds me of the Peterson I got from you which is rapidly becoming one of my favorites.
