Chuck...

Post by JMG » Tue May 22, 2018 1:57 pm

I saw this on FB just a bit ago from Mrs. Chuck...

"Chuck is in the hospital in Georgia. He had severe chest pains this morning and was taken to to the hospital by ambulance. Doctors have run tests, everything looks good, no heart attack. He's being released but will have to go back tomorrow for further tests. Your thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you."

I wandered on here today and just saw this thread.

I'm fine. I think.

Everything you've ever heard about what it feels like to have a heart attack happened. Elephant standing on your chest. Can't breath. Arm pain. Everything.

I thought " well must be my time in the barrel"

I was alone in a cabin out in Bumscrew GA. So I finally called 911. 30 mile ambulance ride to hospital.

So after 3 EKGs, a CT scan and x-rays, they said my heart is strong and working fine.

Apparently I irritated my aesophagus, it swelled up and cut off my breathing.

So they put me on upper and lower gastric meds and blood pressure meds.

Still having ulcer problems though.

Thanks to all of you for your prayers and concerns.
