Co-worker lost her baby

Post by JohnnyMcPiperson » Wed Dec 19, 2018 4:48 pm

A co-worker of mine lost her baby due to pregnancy complications. It brought back a lot of memories of our own loss a couple years ago, even with two healthy children, it is still hard to think about, my wife and I feel for them deeply.

Of lesser import, I’ve been in a funk for the last handful of days, just feeling stressed and drained. I need to find a bit more joy and a bit less grumpiness. The semester coming to an end should help a bit, one more day of teaching and I’ll have a nice break, some time with the kids and the wife, it’ll be good.
Just gotta make it...

You're in an unfortunately unique position to speak to her about your experience. Praying for all concerned.
