Prayed. For the record needing prayer does not make you a wuss.
^this.
I was too late for Monday. Praying for Tuesday.
Agreed.
What about an open MRI? They're not just for whales, you know.
Insurance. That’s what happened. My neurologist has some criticism over the quality of image, too.
I made it through the first one. Thanks y’all, and I mean that.
I feel better about goi g back tomorrow.

Praying for you. Can you smoke while you're in the tube? Tell them that it calms your nerves.

This, gentlemen, is what it feels like when doves cry.
But it is easier for a Lifted Ford to pass under the beam of a parking garage than it is for a Dodge Ram driver to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Y'all crazy

This one was problematic, but it’s finally done.
Thanks, all.

Thanks, all.

Just saw this. Praying for successful treatment. And I couldn't get an MRI when I had my heart attack. I think the machine was made for pediatric use.

It was a snug fit, but that wasn’t the sum total of my problem. Lying on the flat, hard bed caused a lot of pain, more than I could bear for 45-60 minutes without moving. On top of that, the head cradle thing put my forehead close enough to touch the top of the tube compounding the claustrophobic feeling. The whole thing just unnerved me to the point I couldn’t follow-through. I was embarrassed as heck, but I just couldn’t imagine sucking it all up for an hour.
Ultimately, they found a better way to manage my head that gave me more room and, most impactful, they jacked me up on Valium first. Valium = win.
Thank s again, y’all. I’ll shut-up about it now.

You'd think somebody in town would have a machine suited to a, um, shall we say "complex?" body shape.
Glad you were man enough to say 'hey, this isn't going to work' so they could figure out how to make you more comfortable and get it done.
Now praying the docs can figure out how to fix you up. In the mean time, stay of the dirt bike.
