My eldest often wears a runic "T" around her neck.

Rusty would have been confused.
Rusty was confused.

The "T"--is it a tau?
Go further north. The Týr rune.

Týr as in Tuttle.

Before choosing anything, ask yourself how you represent Christ to the world as well as in private. This why I could never get a cross as a tattoo.
I also recommend reading Latin Crosses and Gothic Arches, a peer reviewed scholarly book that touches on the Catholic and Protestant religious imagery in America.

Farts are either proof that God is a man or a sign of a fallen world.

Thoughts on a cross holding a corpus or being empty?

If you choose the crucifix, I expect you to take back the wooden empty cross you made me and carve Jesus on it.

I was recently gifted a small crucifix. I deem it perfect and carry it with me often.

If I may.

I've always been drawn to the theological meanings or lessons in Iconic works.

Notice the radiant halo, symbol showing He is Risen!

But here's a neato spot. It is not as common in Western Iconography as it is in Eastern Iconography.

The bottom of the cross. Looks marred, or maybe defective metal work. Nope. That is the reminder that the blood of Christ poured into the ground.

So, what's on the back?

Crown of Thorns. It's behind Him for He is Risen, see front.
