Yay!
Ed's Injun is smaller than I thought he'd be in real life.
Indeed. We were lucky to celebrate the beginning of a new work gig with Simeon that day. And he's still making some sweet pipes.
Yes indeed! That was a blast. Need to do it again soon.Bloodhound wrote: ↑Sat Jan 20, 2018 7:23 pmThanks Fred for getting this up. I tried to post the pic...no go something is wrong with PostImage and my computer. We did have a great time, good company!
Yeah, next time we need Fred here to take a pic or two.Bloodhound wrote: ↑Thu Mar 08, 2018 4:15 pmSo this morning I had the pleasure of a meet up with sweetandsour and enjoy a smoke and a great conversation. I think we could have spent many hours smoking and talking but we only had a couple of hours. Tim thank you so much. It always amazes me the friendships that start in this place in the inter webs. The visit also allowed me to find a really cool B&M pipe cigar shop not too far from home. Stag Tobacco. Tim have a safe trip and I look forward to meeting up again, hopefully in the near future.
Oops no pics...we got busy talking and smoking and didn't get a pic...next time
Next time do it in the evening instead of on a weekday morning and I'll be there. We're not all men of leisure you know.sweetandsour wrote: ↑Thu Mar 08, 2018 5:07 pmYeah, next time we need Fred here to take a pic or two.Bloodhound wrote: ↑Thu Mar 08, 2018 4:15 pmSo this morning I had the pleasure of a meet up with sweetandsour and enjoy a smoke and a great conversation. That's a very nice shop, and nice guy running it. I really did enjoy the visit. Ready to get home though, sitting at the gate here now. But hopefully I'll be back soon.
I'm jealous. My goal is to get Wosbald to agree to a smoke and a chat. He's only 90 miles away and I'd drive in a heartbeat to meet him.sweetandsour wrote: ↑Thu Mar 08, 2018 5:07 pmYeah, next time we need Fred here to take a pic or two.Bloodhound wrote: ↑Thu Mar 08, 2018 4:15 pmSo this morning I had the pleasure of a meet up with sweetandsour and enjoy a smoke and a great conversation. I hope someday to meet you both along with about 25 or 30 others.
What we need to do is have 30 guys descend on the tick farm.Roadmaster wrote: ↑Thu Mar 08, 2018 8:13 pmI hope someday to meet you both along with about 25 or 30 others.
I could do a tick farm meet-up. For my part I'd bring up about 100 lbs of crawfish and the seasoning to go with it. Some wild hog sausage too perhaps.hugodrax wrote: ↑Thu Mar 08, 2018 8:17 pmWhat we need to do is have 30 guys descend on the tick farm.Roadmaster wrote: ↑Thu Mar 08, 2018 8:13 pmI hope someday to meet you both along with about 25 or 30 others.
