Kirkland Signature Colombian Supremo Coffee Beans is a traditional favorite for good reason. The coffee beans are grown near Medellin in the hills 6,000 feet above Concordia on small coffee farms. With 100 inches of rain and a perfect balance of temperatures, Concordia produces some of the best coffees in Colombia.

I have become increasingly obsessed with coffee lately, trying various coffees looking for new flavors, much the way I used to be about tobaccos. I get a new coffee every month and once in awhile it sends me down a rabbit hole trying other coffees that roastery offers, but really I’ve only stumbled across 2 out of a dozen or so that really stunned me so far. Usually I just drink through each bag thinking, hmm, yea, could be better. How did this happen to me? When did I stop just... liking coffee... and that being that...

Some nice locally roasted Sumatra, with a shot of spiced rum, brown sugar, and milk. Lovely way to start the morning, I know, but it was just a small shot left over from last night. Hair o' th' Dog; why waste it?
