Fantastic work! You really capture the details (especially the glasses) without taking away from the whole subject.

Wow, thanks, sweetandsour! Please get back to me on your opinion of the quality and overall experience with Fine Art America.
Ordering was easy. It took a little over a week for it to arrive, but that included Memorial Day holiday weekend, etc.

My wife and I are really pleased with the piece, and have it already hanging on our kitchen wall. If I figure out how to post a picture I'll get one on here to show it off.
I'm old but I'm happy. (Most of the time.)

The finished piece.

That's a ceramic shot glass from Germany, on the left, with the crest of the city of Frankfurt. The beer glass was also a gift from Germany (my sister-in-law's German relatives all think I'm a drunk, apparently).

The pipe is one I recently restored. An old Ben Wade Standard I won in a raffle at my local B&M.

The matches are included as a commentary on reaching middle age.

That work is ok.

You seriously do amazing work. I may have to speak to my wife about an investment...

Thanks. This one's not finished, yet. Now I have to wait for the layers to dry so I can do some color glazing. I'm taking progress pics for my painting blog.

I've not inflicted a self-portrait on the world for decades. No, this is not me. You'll never guess who it is. Go ahead, guess.
