Smoking the last of the Mac Baren Vanilla Flake in a Comoy's billiard.
I tend to find the doctrinal books often more helpful in devotion than the devotional books.... I believe that many who find that "nothing happens" when they sit down, or kneel down, to a book of devotion, would find that the heart sings unbidden while they are working their way through a rough bit of theology with a pipe in their teeth and a pencil in their hand.

Red Odessa in a Tilshead bent billiard. Finished the jar. Next, a jar of seven-year-old LBF.

Dancing Baptist remnants mixed with Derby Club in a Christmas pipe I have yet to put away.
I am intrigued by these references to Dancing Baptist. As someone raised Southern Baptist, the multiple layers of irony tickle my funny bone.

I'm complying in spite of the offensive gif.

Dancing Baptist is only available in small batches from a ridiculously handsome artisan blender who resides under the Lone Star.

The legend started here and continued here.

Accept no substitution.

I suspected as much- I probably would have named my own blend something similar, had I named it and you not beaten me to it.

Hmmm. I find the preponderance of burley more offensive than dancing Baptists. Still, no mentions of Cavendish or aromatics. I'm game. PM me with info on how one obtains this treat and I shall derail this thread no further.

Fitting to get things back on track: Engine 99 in my Sav 207.

Didn't someone (Hugo?) once suggest topping it with bourbon and calling it Drunken Baptist?

Smoking?

Hearth and Home Anniversary Kake in a Kaywoodie 51S.
Unfortunately, this tobacco is too heavily cased in humectant and flavoring. Drying does not help. It’s just nasty.

Standard Tobacco War Horse Plug. Nicotine anyone? Good grief. I never get sick from nicotine but this one came very close. I’ll save my review for its own posting.
