Quiche Sweetandsour, with bacon, Swiss cheese and asparagus. Community New Orleans Blend coffee.

3 range free eggs over medium (solid whites, gooey yolks), a patty of Jimmy Dean sausage, toasted bagel w/ unsalted butter & Smucker's blueberry preserves, and a small glass of Cran-Rasberry juice.
