Finishing up sermon prep for tomorrow morning!

Of course I don't procrastinate, why would you even suggest that?

Setting up the church for service. There's something very peaceful about being the only one here.

Yesterday, I went to a woodworker's house, to buy wood from him. He was moving and needed to sell lots. I bought about good amount of crotch wood from him, for $20. Any woodturner would love to have this type of wood. I will start working on this tomorrow.

Repaired outdoor chair with some ugly welding. More practice and better vision would be a start to regaining that skill.

The crotch are of a tree, where two or more branches, produces incredible grain patterns. It is sometimes iridescent. Here is a picture of the entire haul and close ups of some of the better sections. This is the reason my business name is Firewood Treasures. Hopefully, I will be able this firewood into something beautiful, the people will for!

94 degrees. Two weeks ago it snowed. Working on not roasting while I buff up a few pipes.
