Baby Bump

Post by Fainn » Thu May 03, 2018 3:50 pm

Solomon was fussy so I placed him on the bed and started playing my guitar for him. He promptly rolled over and off of said bed and landed on his head on a concrete floor. He started screaming and crying. I did too. Called 911 for medics to check him out. It doesn't look like any damage was done, but it sure scared the crap out of me. So thankful he's okay.

Glad he's ok, but I'd still keep a close eye on him.

Most of us have been there. It's a horrible feeling, indeed.

I'm glad he's doing ok. You, too.

Maybe he'll develop some superpowers from it.

I remember when our baby rolled off a changing table when I reached for a wipe.
Same guilt, fear and worry.

Hope your baby is okay.
Suspect he’s fine.

This happened to my wife and I with our first. After traveling all the way to China, within the first 20 minutes or so of arriving to our apartment, my daughter rolled off the bed onto a very hard floor. Landed right on top of her head. Even just writing this is making me feel nauseated.

From the other perspective, a few years ago, my Mom admitted she dropped me on my head, when I was a baby. My response was, "That explains a lot."

Seriously, that is a scary thing. Glad nothing serious happened.

Baby Bump

Yes, my older daughter rolled off the bed once, luckily there was carpet where we were living at the time, still scary though. My younger McNugget has yet to figure out the whole rolling thing, if only she could just stay like this forever haha!

Side note, I thought you were going to tell us you were pregnant...
