I think Skip and/or Pepik came up with the Breakable Christmas Lights.
Unfortunately they are no longer active here.

That was a Pepik deal. Although there are many reasons to be sad he left, not having those damned lights isn't one of them.

I miss the breakable Christmas lights.
Seek the Lord while he may be found; call upon him while he is near; let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. Isaiah 55:6,7 ESV

I, for one, am glad those infernal lights are off. What a PITA those things were on a mobile.

For those who aren't sure you can get through the season without them, try this link. They aren't quite as user friendly, but in some ways can be much more satisfying.
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are not.
